There were two interviews I did with this company. The first one was an on-site at their head office. The second one was done by phone call. There was a confusion about the position I was applying for. I applied to this title online. HR contacted me for an on-site and I was interviewed by a manager and a team-lead. But only when the HR contacted me again did I realized that I was being considered only one specific position in a specific team (I still don't know which team) I realized that because the HR told me that another manager would like to interview me through a phone call. So they don't share their interview result internally, odd. Secondly, their interview questions tell a lot about this company -- No algorithm questions. They asked me Java specific (not OO) concepts and implementations, as well as some basic SQL questions. I disliked this experience based interview style. It doesn't really show how good a programmer you are because they care so much about how your past experience fits in their needs and they obviously don't care if you are a quick learner. On the bright side they are honest about this. When the HR contacted me the reason of refusal she gave me was "because the other candidate had more experience in Spring". I just couldn't help judging this company In one sentence, the more I interviewed with them, the more I disliked the company.
