It was a quick process, and they follow up when they say they will which is nice. I've had companies say they will follow up but end up ghosting. The recruiter was very friendly, and I was very happy with my experience overall.

Entrevista
Applied via their online portal, with an initial phone interview covering basics, background, skills and what it’s like to work with Points shortly afterwards. This is then followed by an on site interview covering more of the business with some white-boarding questions based on real world tasks at the company.

Entrevista
Phone call was mostly about work experience, the role and the company. Even though I didn't get the job, it was nice to talk to an HR rep who didn't sound like a a complete robot. I felt like I was having an actual conversation while we were both learning about each others expectations. The interviewer was enthusiastic and energetic and sounded genuinely happy doing her job unlike some other HR reps I have spoken to who sound like complete zombies.
I think this reflects about the company and their work culture. Sunny deserves a promotion
