Entrevista
Applied on Quicken website. Received a follow up call & email about 10 days later. Set up a phone interview with recruiter for 2 weeks later. Phone interview was about 20 minutes. Emailed portfolio. Received follow up call about 2 days after interview.
The interview wasn't overly difficult - if it was an in person interview. But it was more in depth than most phone interviews I've had before. I have to say I was not prepared for it.

Tell me what you know about Quicken as a company and why you're interested in working for Quicken/Quicken's family of companies. Tell me 2 of your strengths and weaknesses. Tell me about a time when you were coached by management in a situation. Tell me about a time you had to deal with a difficult customer. Tell me about a time you had to sell an idea/design to a customer who was not convinced it was right for them. Do you have a portfolio you can email? What salary are you looking for?

Entrevista
I sent out a cold email applying to a position they were not currently hiring for. I was contacted the very next day by a recruiter from Quicken Loans to set up a phone interview for that same afternoon. They interviewed me for a senior-level interior design position even though I'm an entry-level applicant. When I questioned this, they said they like to interview applicants for all open positions. I received a follow up call 2 days after the interview to let me know that I did not have enough experience and they were not currently hiring for entry-level positions.
Phone interview lasted about 15-20 minutes. Asked pretty generic questions.
Interview process went very fast! I just think there may have been a misunderstanding about my experience level and what I was applying for.

Entrevista
I applied online through indeed and received a follow up call about a week later to schedule a phone interview. I received a follow up call 2 days after the interview.
I was only asked about 5 questions and the interview only lasted about 15 minutes. I felt prepared for the interview but they didn't seem satisfied with my answers.
