I applied through LinkedIn and the recruited sent me a direct message shortly after, inviting me to a phone screen. The phone screen was about 15-30 minutes and went over the company/position as well as time for questions. After the phone screen with the recruiter, I was presented with resources to prepare a case study which I would then present to the team and department leads in a video interview. The video interview lasted around 45 minutes and went smoothly.
Stage 1 Interview Zoom with Recruiter, 30min but I made it a bit over because I enjoyed the conversation. Got a very good overview of company and role, was asked questions about what I am looking for, how I work, type of team/environment I work best in etc,
Stage 2 Interview Zoom with Team Manager and another team member, took 1 hour. Was given a mini project relating to customer communication and onboarding discovery to present/explain, then questions from them.
From application to offer given was exactly 10 business days- they move fast, but know what they are looking for culture-wise which is just as important to them as the right skills/experience.
Laura, the recruiter, was really fantastic- professional efficient, and on top of it, made you feel taken care of, very relatable and open. Answered all questions/concerns and truly made it a great experience.
