3 Part interviewing process. The first with the manager/owner, very professional interview. Second round is with a corporate trainer or assistant manager. It is almost impossible not to get the job. You will be either taken to a coffee shop and shown a brake down of the business model. Or you will go on a full day job shadow see what the job is really like and pay attention to how much "fun" it is and taken to lunch and have brake down of the business model shown to you. Third round once the corporate trainer or assistant manager brings you back from the second round interview you will have a third round interview again with the manager/owner going over all of the things you learned from your second round interview. Again pretty seemingly professional and they will then "deliberate on whether you got the job" Expect a call within 1-3 days saying "Oh you got the job when are you starting".
