Third round once the corporate trainer or assistant manager brings you back from the second round interview you will have a third round interview again with the manager/owner going over all of the things you learned from your second round interview. Again pretty seemingly professional and they will then "deliberate on whether you got the job" Expect a call within 1-3 days saying "Oh you got the job when are you starting".
