I had the opportunity to get an interview at the SHPE conference and the two round of interviews where amazing. Interviewers were very friendly and proactive. Regarding interview question it was more behavioral then technical.

Describe a time that you underwent a difficult situation in life your career and what did you do to move past that ?

All behavioral questions, not a single technical. I was flown out to tour the two plants in and had a panel interview with three people. Two were engineers and one was in finance. They were all friendly but asked from a list of questions that judged how well you could handle situations that are related to the job. Liked that I asked questions based off of what I saw on the tour.

The process consisted of an assessment and then an online interview. They conduct an in-person interview for the final round with a two people, during which you also tour the plant.

Then, Take the virtual 1 hour interview with one person. This is mostly behavioral
