Took an assessment questionnaire and then 3 game assessments. Then I had a 1st round interview with one person, a 2nd round interview with two people, and then a fit check with a hiring manager.

Multiple behavioral and situational questions, it was a panel interview: 2 interviewers, they asked a lot of following up questions so my best advice is to have 2 stories for each peak performance factor!
