Very efficient. Focus on your storytelling via STAR format. There are apt test, following with 1:1 interview with line manager, and 3:1 interview with different director/above level. HR would share the interview performance with you after the 1st round of interview and some tips for u to prepare the 2nd round

While the questions initially centered around my work experience, the interviewers often dug deeper, especially into how I handled conflict. They were looking for responses that demonstrated alignment with their core values.

Nice interview, timely feedback, i really enjoyed the process. the interviewers were well prepared, professional, and friendly. They were flexible with scheduling too. There were cognitive tests as well as behavioral questions.
