Candidatei-me por meio de uma faculdade ou universidade. O processo levou 3 semanas. Fiz uma entrevista na empresa Procter & Gamble.

Apply online (two tests: leadership and IQ), on-campus interview (2 on 1), day visit where they show you the workplace and a series of interviews where you also get the chance to ask questions about the work environment and need to take an IQ exam. Offer was given after the day visit for an internship. After internship, got a full-time offer (at last day).

Very typical and straight forward questions. Difficult situation, what are your limits, etc...
After the skill assessment, started with a short HR phone screen, then a 1 hour interview, followed by an on site tour and final interview. All the questions were "tell me about a time when..." STAR questions.

1 Round simple and easy. 45 minute interview asked 6 questions in total and answer in a STAR format. Situation, Task/action/result and include it in every question. answer confidently and dont hesitate. They are very nice with the marking and they respond with in couple weeks.
