The process of recruitment went on very well and quickly. At the end of April I was invited to the test session, and right after it the company offered that it can interview 4 people right away-those who live really far away from Warsaw. So I was interview by one of the managers. Quite nice experience-we talked about our experiences as Work& Travel participants in the US. There was a lot of questions, but quite simple, and time passed by very fast, I think each question was meant to assess whether the candidate has a certain competencies from P&G's model of competences. 2 weeks later I was invited to panel interview- 3 managers: 2 from Poland and 1 from the Philippines. The conversation was in English and lasted about 45 minutes. Questions were more detailed and complex. Sometimes very, very specific about my certain experiences.
