I was internally referred and invited for online PEAK assessment, which was an utter horror as 1/4 of the questions are structured in an extremely ambiguous way. For instance, they'll ask you to rate how does a particular statement apply to you by selecting agree, strongly agree, disagree, etc. Then the statement is something like this: "I always plan my work, but sometimes I fail to stick to my plans." So the question is, if you select 'agree', are you agreeing to 'I always plan my work', or 'sometimes I fail to stick to my plans'?
The reasoning test was fine and I was confident that I did well. Then I was informed that my online test failed. So my question is, how can the HR count on the personality test which might not even be a good gauge of the candidate's characteristics because of the ambiguity of the questions? I sincerely urge the company to rethink about this.

Algumas perguntas fora de contexto, como “qual seu filme preferido?”, bastante dificultoso, diversos estagios de entrevista, alguns entrevistadores claramente não queria estar ali. Em resumo, precisa de muita perseverança mesmo.
Quite a lengthy process, very many questions and required structure of responses, STAR method. Interview took over an hour over and above the previous two rounds of aptitude tests.
In the end it didn't proceed as they mentioned that there no longer a business need for the position, which I found indicative of disorganisation.
