There are multiple tests that must be taken. Once you get through those - then there is on campus interview. Be yourself and show that you are pragmatic. Once that is complete the next part is to get onsite interview. On site interview is the final check - make sure you ask all the questions about location.

Extremely difficult , it's based on 5 stages . All is in their website. After this set of tests you go through panel interview with random people. Ten interview with the hiring manager .
All interview you can tell the stress for finding new people and how not descriptive of the workload they do .
All of people are use to have around 3 to 4 roles.
