Questions were centered on working through my CV and asking about what skills were necessary in order to complete certain tasks. Interview was very friendly and relaxed, and questions did not feel like they were trying to trick me out, rather just to ensure my previous work experience I had detailed in my CV was accurate.

They asked about how a solved a challenging situation with an unhelpful work colleague, and kind of felt like it was leading to make me sell myself too hard.

2 online interviews with managers from different department, very structured, you can see that they were documenting and evaluating during the interview. Preparation is important otherwise it will be kind of difficult to think about the examples

what is the biggest challenge in your past experience and how did you deal with it?
Es gab zwei Gespräche mit ähnliche Fragen, die Gespräche waren auf Englisch, beide Personen waren ganz nett, jedes Gespräch hat ca. 1 Stunde gedauert. Die Antwort habe ich nach ca. 6 Wochen bekommen.
