1. Microsoft Teams video interview with department director and two managers from the team. 2. Onsite interview, 4 rounds. The first one is about statistic tech questions, 2nd one is about Data Science Tech questions, 3rd the one is a Peak Performance interview. The last round is the team manager introducing the team program. 3. Director wrap up the date. Very nice team, and a very comfortable interview process. They will show you the facility during the lunch break and your feature team members will share a lot of information about working in P&G. In general very good experience, but unfortunately they decided to not move on with me for some reason. ( I thought I answer all questions correctly, especially the tech questions but still rejection.) Onsite does not mean a job guarantee! That's the lesson I learn from this interview. They will fly you to the facility and pay for everything you stay but they will reject you the next day before your flight back. Sad. Do Pay attention to the PEAK performance (Behavior Questions) interview, they have 3 people in that interview and I believe this is how they evaluate your ability!

It went well, but never heard back from them! The interviewer seems very satisfied and positive. The only thing that comes to mind is that they did not want to go through process of requesting VISA or green card for me!
