Had 3 rounds of interviews. All 3 interviews were done within 10 days. Had to wait another 3 weeks for HR to confirm the offer package and details. All interviewers were friendly. They make the candidates comfortable

They give some scenarios and ask us to describe how we handled similar situation faced in previous job (or university).

Entrevista
For "T" level roles there tend to be four rounds before receiving an offer.
1. Online test regarding your character and a brief questions involving patterns. A bit of common sense and you don't have to be humble when doing this.
2. Onsite test. Surprisingly easy as compared to more renowned psychometric tests available. The last few questions tend to be a tad challenging, so if you have not wasted your time on previous questions, you should be doing fine. Start on the section that you are best at so you have more time for the section that you are weaker on.
3. Competency based questions (CBQ) interview that would be based on their success drivers. It would involve at least one interviewer.
4. Also CBQ interview based on their success drivers, with more emphasis on regards to your skills and what you can offer.
The interviewers are very friendly and would make you feel comfortable. Even if you failed to give a strong starting, you would still be given opportunity to recover as more questions would be asked. Remember the STAR format and know your SDS well.

Applied online ;Online questionnaire- then personal iq test. Once I passed they called me for interview with 3 managers.
Normally one is the HR leader 2nd is the applied department leader and one more from other department.
