of experience you bring. If you do not meet the requirements to pass then you're out.
Test is mainly on simple math, memory and logic/spatial reasoning. With a section on your personality as well.

Algumas perguntas fora de contexto, como “qual seu filme preferido?”, bastante dificultoso, diversos estagios de entrevista, alguns entrevistadores claramente não queria estar ali. Em resumo, precisa de muita perseverança mesmo.
Quite a lengthy process, very many questions and required structure of responses, STAR method. Interview took over an hour over and above the previous two rounds of aptitude tests.
In the end it didn't proceed as they mentioned that there no longer a business need for the position, which I found indicative of disorganisation.
