Surprisingly, the final interview was all about behavioral questions. After many rounds of online assessment and personal interviews, they still tried to ask behavioral questions at the final interview. There are no technical questions at all. So, it would be a big bias against tech people like me, who have good knowledge and skills. Without any standardized answer, it is somehow left to the interviewer to decide who is better qualified. I passed many peak assessments and interviews at P&G in the past. So, I am not that bad at all for behavior questions. Unfortunately, I still got rejected for this data scientist job. Speaking of truth, I am going to start a Facebook machine learning internship soon. So, I thought that I should be qualified for this kind of job. I applied and went through the whole process, got rejected on non-tech questions... This makes me wonder whether it would be a waste of time applying for any IT at P&G in the future.

experience hire. 3 rounds, focused on leadership and management skills. 1 technical interview with domain-specific questions, short coding task and a technical case study (ML). each interview took 1 hour.

Entrevista
Situational test, phone interview with AI/ML/SWE trivia and best practices, in-person presentation of DS project, behavioral interviews with managers and senior manager. Process took about 1-2 months, was relatively smooth.
I did not complete the entire interview process. I just did the behavioral interview round as I took another job opportunity. It was an average behavioral interview. I think there was two more interviews after.
