The interview process starts with a long quiz on the company website. Then I was proposed a test in the company office, which consists basically of small mathematics problems, like you would solve after learning fractions, logical quizzes with figures (visual IQ) and text comprehension, where nearly all the examples were application of the rule "A implies B does not mean B implies A always". Following the assessment center (basically they say they do not judge you, but they observe you), I had interviews with people of three different hierarchical levels.

Very smooth. Loved how she guided me through the interview in the start. Made me feel respected and I would love to work for them. Waiting for my 2nd interview.
