I got P&G interview opportunity through campus for a researcher position for R&D for PhD and PostDocs. Around 15 PhD/PostDoc candidates were selected for the interview on the campus. Interview questions were related to your research work and soft skills. Like describe your research work, how do you work in collaboration, how do you resolve issues in work environment, Describe a time when you could not complete or failed at work and why. Lastly they ask you to ask them questions regarding P&G. After the interview process, it seems that the interviewer prepares a letter of recommendation for you, based on which you may be called for another interview by any research team at P&G that may want to hire resources. However, till now I never heard anything back from P&G in a span of around 4 months. To my knowledge no one from my school heard back after the first round. Well, similar to previous reviews by others I believe P&G takes a lot of time in their recruiting process and many people suggested me to apply to other companies because P&G has enough talent pool and one may not be called for next round for several more months. I think getting the first interview call is just a boast; but you are not more than just 5% near to getting to be hired. I would suggest, with this boast apply enthusiastically to other companies and not keep waiting for next round.

Test and and interview, to get interview you had to get 75% plus in the test. Interview was general questions you would expect in an interview, nothing technical. Very friendly.
