I took the assessment test online - it had two parts, one had to do with my management and leadership style and the second was an ability test. I looked at the sample ability test - it had 3 sections. I am not great at non-verbal reasoning for some reason, but I figured I would do great in the other two sections. However, when I took the actual ability test, it was all non-verbal reasoning, 15 questions of them. I got an email 2 weeks later that I do not qualify.
