P&G has a 3 stage interview process. The interview process for interns and full times is very similar.
The first stage usually consists of submitting your resume (either on the website pg.com or to the campus recruiting team). I submitted mine to the campus recruiting team and spoke to them for around 5 to 10 minutes about why I wanted to work for P&G.
If you resume is selected, you then get an on campus interview. This interview lasts around 45 minutes and is a standard behavioral interview. The questions include why do you want P&G, tell me about a time you led a team, tell me about a challenge you overcame etc.
If you are selected in the campus interview, your final interview is a one day site interview. The main interview in the site interview is a panel interview with 3 managers. This is slightly challenging as you feel a little outnumbered. However, the managers were very polite and did everything they could to put me at ease. The interview was also a standard behavioral interview with standard questions like "tell me about your leadership experience", "which class did you find the hardest in school and how did you overcome the challenge", "tell me about a teamwork experience" etc.
The questions were very open ended. I received my offer at the end of the day.
