The HR didn’t tell me how the whole interview process is like. No idea of the procedure and how many rounds will there be.
The interviewer, who is the lead of the team, is so busy that she do not have time to answer your questions. I do not even know what this role is around after 3 rounds of interview.

4 tier process. Application then an online skills test, followed by 2 rounds of interviews. Interviews are behavioural and are to test for fit of the candidate for the company. Interviews are conducted online.

Entrevista
First of all you have to do the assessment, includes of personality test, numerical test, logical tests, etc. If you pass, they will contact you (via mobile phone in my case) and then arrange the first interview. There are three interviews with three director-level employees (Band 3 or above). To join P&G, all of them must approve your qualifications.
