Very strange logics and behavioral assessment prior to resume screening. Some applicants were rejected based on personality assessment to job mismatch. More than one assessment can be expected throughout the process.

HR reached out for initial HR interview, did an IQ test, after which there were 2 rounds of interviews with hiring manager and directors. A lot of resources can be found online regarding interview questions as they stick to their template.

Entrevista
The online assessment consisted of multiple choice questions and three cognitive questions that you can practice online.
Then 3 interviews, one with the head, and two with managers/seniors. They only asked questions that are on the standard question sheet for P&G, nothing else. They don't really care about fit, only how you answer the questions and if it fits to what they want to hear.
