Candidatura
O processo levou 4 semanas. Fui entrevistado pela Procter & Gamble em nov. de 2010
Entrevista
The interview process was very experience based with questions such as "tell me about a time when you listened effectively to resolve a problem," etc. I did not "walk through" my resume as other companies have one do during interviews, but rather jumped right into the meat of it all and had to demonstrate my ability to lead, work well in a team, adapt, etc. through answering specific and detailed questions about my pasted experiences.

Pergunta 1
Tell me about a time when you listened effectively
Had 2 rounds (would have been 3 in total) with a member of the firm, the first round interviewer was quite senior and the second round less so. Friendly interviewers, simple enough behavioural questions, but felt like an interrogation at times as it was just a lot of questions. No feedback provided after rejection, despite positive feedback within the interviews themselves which is extremely frustrating.

Candidatei-me online. Fiz uma entrevista na empresa Procter & Gamble (Londres, Inglaterra).
Entrevista
The interview was online. The most difficult part of the interview was the I was repeatedly asked about my experience of statistical models and excel spreadsheets even though the interviewer was well aware that I had a history degree and very little to comment on this topic.

I was asked about my interest in the company, by ability to work in a team and my previous experience handling data.
3 rounds of interviewing with the interviewer getting more senior every round. Situational based questions that were similar for every interview, then the opportunity to ask them questions. Took about 45 minutes
