Very enjoyable process involving online interviews and two day in person assessment centre. Expenses paid for travel and hotel. Challenging scenario interview and crash course in sales. Hour long in person interviews testing a wide range of compentencies.

4 tier process. Application then an online skills test, followed by 2 rounds of interviews. Interviews are behavioural and are to test for fit of the candidate for the company. Interviews are conducted online.

Entrevista
First of all you have to do the assessment, includes of personality test, numerical test, logical tests, etc. If you pass, they will contact you (via mobile phone in my case) and then arrange the first interview. There are three interviews with three director-level employees (Band 3 or above). To join P&G, all of them must approve your qualifications.
