How do you convince someone who has worked at the facility for a long time to adopt to new procedures?
Questions were asked in CAR format about previous internship experiences. The interviewer needed great detail on the situation of each questions and why certain decisions were made. Interviewers were take a lot of notes on responses while the interview was conducted.
