I traveled from Brussels to Paris for a recruiting day for an internship position. They promised to give the result by the end of the day or one day after. I passed the first two interviews successfully and had the third one with the VP of Finance Benelux+France. All the interviews were quite boring and repetitive, not technical at all, basic questions as ‘tell me once you disagreed with someone’. I would have expected something more interesting coming from a VP. In the end not only they didn’t say yes or no that day nor the following. They just sent a generic reply two weeks after. The way they treat people is pathetic and it’s highly likely they treat their own employees just like that. Neglecting the human aspect with someone that got to the last interview and traveled speaks too bad of them. Never again.
