First, there was an online assessment which was somewhat challenging. Then, three interpersonal interviews with 3 different directors. The whole process took around 2 months. I got the offer at the end but couldn't negotiate the salary.

After the skill assessment, started with a short HR phone screen, then a 1 hour interview, followed by an on site tour and final interview. All the questions were "tell me about a time when..." STAR questions.

1 Round simple and easy. 45 minute interview asked 6 questions in total and answer in a STAR format. Situation, Task/action/result and include it in every question. answer confidently and dont hesitate. They are very nice with the marking and they respond with in couple weeks.
