Applied 8/9/17 and then heard on 8/29/17 they wanted to do a phone interview. 8/31/17 had phone interview and they did the STAR method as everyone says on here. They also asked my legal experience and what I did at my previous jobs. 9/6/27 I heard back that they were moving forward with me and needed to complete a background check. 9/7/17 was contacted to set up face to face interview and initiated background check. My final interview is scheduled for 9-20-17 so we'll see if I get an offer.

The video introduction prepped you pretty well for the interview questions. They asked about difficult issues you’ve encountered, how you manage your time, and other behavioral questions. Overall, it was pretty straightforward. The best strategy is to practice different behavioral questions regarding past employment and how those roles and experiences translate to the job you are being interviewed for.

Entrevista
The HR representative that called me seemed uninterested and borderline rude. This is the first negative review I have left on a public platform ever. I was so excited at the prospect of becoming a member of the Progressive team until I spoke with this person. I ended the interview early. She seemed uninterested in I could tell she was not engaging in the conversation by the number of times I had to repeat myself.
