I applied for Corporate Trainee Program position (Wisconsin) in January 2021. I received a reply about two weeks later from a recruiting coordinator to schedule a phone interview. If I remember correctly, the interview took about 30-45 mins.

4 steps process. Screening with a current Corporate Trainee, 3 other interviews with leadership teams. Withdrawn my application after the first round. The recruiter seems like a note taker, reading off questions and pausing 3 minutes per question to take notes. Giving off a conservative traditional corporate organization.
