The first call was very conversational, with one question that was "tell me about a time". The second call had more pointed questions about exact experience, interests, technical questions. I enjoyed the first call, the Recruiter from San Francisco had good energy. The second call was with a recruiter based in London, and she was a little more cold and less conversational. I asked a personal, get to know you question and she kind of seemed annoyed. I like to have a conversational talk with people, kind of hard to have with her. Overall, she waited at weird parts of the interview too where it felt slightly uncomfortable, but maybe that's a strategy. Regardless, I didn't get asked back, and was never contact again, which I think is unprofessional when someone is in the middle of the interview process.
Overall, seems like a company that has a good culture. I'm just not sold on AdTech because there are so many other people doing the exact same thing.
I put no opinion on overall experience because one was positive and one was not negative, but definitely not great, hard to connect with.
