A bit of a waste of time. A lot of work required when they are still screening a huge number of candidates. 1. CV screening 2. Online Assessment on test gorilla (took me about 1.5hrs) Communication - situations, correspondence and emails, how to respond Numerical reasoning - short questions, some sequences predicting next number, some graphs and tables. Lots of ratios and %% Working with data - looking at graphs and making statements Problem solving - schedules and sequence order etc 3. Prerecorded interview Question written on screen. Could take as long as you wanted to prepare and then had 3 takes. 1 min for each answer. "Please take a moment to introduce yourself. Tell us why quick release interests and excites you, and how the skills and experiences you have gained so far could be transferred to a QR context. “ Explain a time you had to deliver in a customer facing role or meet stakeholder expectations? You are working with a Senior engineer on a project about a late deadline, his email correspondence is brief and comes across rude and unhelpful, how would you handle this? “We are about individual growth and learning. They promised individual feedback but I got a very generic rejection email after the assessment and wouldn't respond when I asked for specific feedback. Also advertised job as in London but discovered during the interview that its mainly in random offices around the UK....very misleading.

Virtual interview Included 6x one minute recorded questions. Some questions were 2-3 questions in one, so very little time to sufficiently answer. Last couple questions were standard HR questions around salary and right to work.
