I had phone interview with director at first, and designers and creative directors, and a week later, I had interview with CCO. They seemed to be busy. The interview process was smooth, and they made me very comfortable.

I applied online and was contacted by a recruiter about two weeks later for an initial screening call. The first conversation focused on my background, portfolio, and experience working with cross-functional teams. After that, I had a second interview with a design lead where we went deeper into one of my case studies and discussed how I approach design thinking, collaboration, and design decisions.
