El proceso fueron únicamente entrevistas. Dependiendo de la etapa, quien entrevistaba. Lo positivo y llamativo fue que no hubo ejercicio ni prueba de ningún tipo para continuar en el proceso.

First I had HR interview and with design director interview online. Interviewers were kind and friendly and asked about your experiences. I felt HR checked my CV details but seems design director didn't check any of my CV or portfolio so she has clear needs but I didn't fit that area. It would be better if she checked mine in advance so no wasting energy for both.

I applied through their online application and was connected with a recruiter within a week or so of submitting my information. I was then screened with a call from HR followed by and scheduled skye interview with me and a recruiter from their talent department within a few weeks. A lot of back and forth feedback between the recruiter and I and the whole interview process took about a month.
