The interviews have changed a lot since I was originally interviewed. From what I saw of the "updated' interviews be prepared for -- multiple people in the interview, an IQ test, many rounds of interviewing and possibly other tests. They are tough.

Entrevista
The interview process was excellent. HR was thoughtful, thorough, prompt, and communicative, and I thoroughly enjoyed the discussions I had with HR and members of the hiring team for this position. Although interviews are inherently nerve-racking, I felt heard and as though my time was as valuable to them as theirs was to me. For context, I had one phone interview with HR, one virtual interview with HR and the Assoc. Dir. of my role, and one in-person interview with HR, the Assoc. Dir. of my role, as well as the Dir. of my role. I was also able to meet a member of the leadership team after my in-person interview and was given an offer within a few business days. I formally accepted the offer via virtual call and was introduced to my manager. I appreciated the efficiency of the process, as well as the prompt communication from HR.

Entrevista
The interview process was thorough, directional and purposeful. I met with several team members and the interview was conversational and comprehensive. I started with HR and then was invited to speak with head of Search and then another senior member of the staff.
