Initial phone screen conducted by HR Manager. Good feedback, secong interview conducted by Hiring Manager. 3rd interview by Unit panel, focused on general management questions, behavioral questions, and case examples relating to work experience. Transparent process, questions were of standard screening nature and did not get into technical matters. Tried to be as concise as possible, and focus on core characteristic I believed they were attempting to quantify.

Entrevista
Efficient and stress-free. I don't feel that the 30 minutes is enough time to familiarize yourself with the potential employees personality. Of course, with my experience and successful phone interview they didn't need to know anymore.

Entrevista
Straight forward phone interview followed by in-person interviews. Once you get pre-qualified by HR for the initial interview, the hiring manager will contact you for an interview. Then optionally, you will have an interview scheduled with your would-be peers. Most the questions were situation based questions to measure experience.

Entrevista
Technically - questions were of moderate level of difficulty.
Behavioral - questions were interesting and good in assessing my thoughts and insights.
Generally, the interview process was pretty easy. Interviewers were easy to build a rapport with. The interview turned into more of a conversation after I answered the first few questions.
