I interviewed several years ago when the content department was under different management. I went through two rounds of interviews and an on-call "writing test" all with the same person. Questions were very straightforward (training, experience with online platforms, writing approach, etc). The test was writing example content (blog + social posts) while the interviewer watched my process. It was roughly a two-week interview process, largely related to my own scheduling issues.
