Interviewed for a director level management position within the engineering department. Consists of system design white board session, manager reviews, and disc profile that takes place over several weeks. Company shows care in finding a good spot to fit the talents of the individual as opposed to being dogmatic on interviewing for a specific job opening. Be prepared for it to be a long process for management roles.

Interview with recruiter was very informative and productive. She asked questions to help me and her decide if I was the right fit for the job. If I were willing to relocate I would have definitely moved further in the process.
