Very unorganised interview process. They do not honour the persons time. The management shows all fake things and the ground reality is completely different. The questions asked are irrelevant and have no connection to the current profile or the position applied for. Seemed very unprofessional.

There will be physical interviews with different managers to get a better understanding of yourself. once you’ve passed those, last interview will be with the country director to see if you’re a good fit with the culture
