2 interviews, one with the branch manager and another with the Vice President for the region, who explains the 3 aspects of the job and tries to scare you off with the very high workload. Both interviews were pleasant, the interviewers were upbeat and informative. There are also tests: psychometric and problem solving. They are looking for strong sales backgrounds.

Got the interview because a friend of mine works there. A first interview with the branch manager, personality and problem solving tests, a second interview with the market manager where they admittedly try to scare you off by talking about the high volume of work. They also do a criminal and credit check.
