Candidatei-me online. Fui entrevistado pela Recharge Payments (Seattle, WA) em fev. de 2021
Entrevista
The process:
1 phone interview;
1 take-home assessment;
1 panel interview with 3 ReCharge employees (TL, their manager and VP).
The overall process was ok, until I spoke with the second person from the panel. It felt like they were almost interrogating ("why do you want to work here? ", "why do you want this job?", "why ReCharge payments?", "are you sure?" etc).
I answered all of their questions and I currently do very similar work.
Within a couple of days I received a formal "no offer" letter with no specific feedback provided.
My suspicion is that they denied me because I am not a native English speaker and I speak with an accent.

Typical personality and previous work experience questions.
Call with a recruiter, 30 minutes with the hiring manner, quick written exercise, and then two 30-minute interviews with team members. Whole process took about 2 weeks and probably could’ve been faster had I had more availability.
Natalie was my main point of contact and I cannot say more good things about her. She was so communicative and checked in with me throughout the process. I felt like she had been cheering me on the whole way when she told me they wanted to extend an offer! Seriously the best.
Every team member was so warm and gave great info in all my interviews. The take written assessment was quick and didn’t feel like homework.
Honestly, one of the smoothest and best interview processes I’ve had. Excited to be joining this team!
