A typing test was given to see how many words you could type in a certain time frame and a practice run through a script as if I was on the phone With a customer .The practice run through the script Was just words and questions I had to read out loud word for word and mark down or Type the response Of the person I interviewed . It was really easy. As long as you can read , you’ll be fine . If your not that good at reading out loud that’s fine bc you’ll have a lot of practice doing the same Thing over and over again all day.
