Applied online. The process took 7 weeks before a job offer. I interviewed at Red Arrow for Stevens Point, WI. There were 6 or 7 interviews. A lot of them ask the same questions. First was an in person meet and greet. 1 call with the recruiting staff/HR, 15-20 minutes. 1 Technical Screening with problem solving skills test, 1+ hour. 1 Interview with the President, 1+ hour. 2 Cultural Interviews, 30 minutes each. 1 Interview with a Vice-President, 1 hour. Then I received a job offer with incorrect job description and benefits.
