Everything went terrific on my 1st and 2nd interviews. Until the end of my 2nd interview, they asked how my memory was, and I said it was good. Then they asked me what were the names of everyone at the table interviewing me (6 ppl). And I missed one person's name and they basically dismissed me and shuffled me out. And their demeanor changed.

They asked me great questions, both my phone and in person interview was great. All shipping, logistics based. They move big projects for military and have tight cutoffs.

Entrevista
Applied online. The process took 7 weeks before a job offer. I interviewed at Red Arrow for Stevens Point, WI.
There were 6 or 7 interviews. A lot of them ask the same questions.
First was an in person meet and greet.
1 call with the recruiting staff/HR, 15-20 minutes.
1 Technical Screening with problem solving skills test, 1+ hour.
1 Interview with the President, 1+ hour.
2 Cultural Interviews, 30 minutes each.
1 Interview with a Vice-President, 1 hour.
Then I received a job offer with incorrect job description and benefits.

20 min phone interview with HR, 1 hour interview with hiring manager, 1 hour meeting with IT Director, Two 20 minute "group" interviews, and another pair of hour long interviews with other members of management.
