The interview process was fairly straightforward. Communication was also effective and frequent. My interview was done mostly only with one in person conversation. The questions were typical questions about project management.

1 phone interview and 1 face to face interview. The phone interview was with the head of the department at the time. The interview in Ealing was with the same person and a potential peer.
It was pretty relaxed, but felt like they were asking the right questions.

Received the contact through a head hunter firm. Met with the manager, one hour face2face meeting in White City. Nothing more than a chat about previous experiences and projects.
