3 long writing tests (1 at home and 2 on site) equating to 6 hours of unpaid work. Drab, depressing interview in a drab, depressing environment. Unengaging and socially lacking interviewers. A total waste of time, especially for the abysmal pay offered.

Heard from Talent Acquisition Team in Singapore 8 business days after applying. This is great, I thought! They asked 6 additional questions via email which I responded to the very next morning. 2-3 days passed and I had another response saying they'd share my info with the hiring team and all sounded promising for an interview. Didn't hear anything. Called their Sydney office and followed up with two emails to the hiring manger 10 & 15 business days after hearing from the Talent Team, while the ad was still advertised. Called again to confirm I had the correct email address, and the lovely salesperson also sent a message on my behalf. Ghosted, no response whatsoever. 2 months after applying, not even a rejection email or thank you for your time.
