I applied online with my resume and cover letter. Shortly after I got an email that I needed to complete the recorded video interview. The interview had 5 questions, I think two were more about myself and experiences whereas the ones left were about how I would approach different situations that I could be presented within the role. About two weeks later I got an email from a recruiter to say that I was a finalist, I then had a short phone call with him to go over my information and for him to tell me a little more about the role. He ended the call by saying that I may have a call with the hiring manager. About two days later I got an email from another recruiter to schedule an interview with the hiring manager which I had the following week. In this call (which turned into a surprise facetime), there was about 15 min of her asking me about my prior experience and 15 min of me asking questions about the job. For the next month, there was no contact from anyone--not even to say that I would not be invited to HQ for the final round--which was incredibly frustrating. All of the recruiters were helpful and nice throughout the process but it wasn't until two days after the onsite interviews were completed that I got an email saying the application was closed. All in all it was a positive experience, it was just stressful when it came down to hearing back from them. Here's to next year!
