talked with the current local manager. i was yougn and current student which is what they were looking for. I bascially just have to hand out free red bull so it was not the hardest job to get, just wanted to see that I actually liked the product and had the right attitude.
I completed the online application first, filling out forms etc. then got invited to a group interview in the head office. I then got a phone call a few weeks after
First I had to do a video interview where I answered questions and recorded myself, then a phone call and finally an in person interview. The in person interview was casual but they asked many questions and seemed to really want to get to know your personality.

What is your favorite flavor of Red Bull?
Long interview process, but questions were not super hard. You start with a test, then you send in a video interview followed by two more interviews. They want to see if you fit the company culture and have the communication skills for the job.
