Entrevista
At first you will have to submit your C.V. and motivation letter. After approval you will be invited to a informal interview with one of the regional team-leaders. This interview was all about getting to know somebody. After this interview you will be invited to come to the headoffice in Amsterdam for a second interview with one of the sales managers. During this interview you are asked some specific sales techniques and your motivation is tested more.
